Titanfall was a system seller for Microsoft. While much of the pre-launch media tried to push Respawn into confirming the series would also arrive on other consoles (PS4) at some point later down the line, there’s no doubt that the success of the original will mean that Microsoft will be eager to keep the franchise its own. Despite rumours in the contrary suggesting that EA has snagged the multi-format publishing rights, nothing is confirmed and Respawn’s continued commitment to patching and releasing DLC on Xbox suggests it knows it has a dedicated fanbase eager for more Titan action. We know what we'd like to see ina sequel, not least more game modes and Titan chassis and we’ve no doubt that Respawn has its ear to the ground when it comes to listening to its fans about what form the sequel should take.
