The latest installment, developed by Sledgehammer Games (High Moon Studios is handling the PS3, Xbox 360 version), promises many improvements to the brand of shooting we’ve grown to love over the years. Rocket-jumps and wall running make their way into Call of Duty, both in campaign and multiplayer, and these might have been revolutionary additions had it not been for a certain aforementioned EA-published FPS. I can’t help but be excited about none other than the legendary Kevin “Frank Underwood” Spacey lending his voice and likeness in the single-player campaign, which is bound to bring a touch of extra class to the game’s corporate mercenary based story.
Xbox owners will have first access to all downloadable content for the game, as has been the case for some time now. So if the game controller is your weapon of choice and you’re particularly trigger-happy for new modes, multiplayer maps and other content, Xbox One is the best platform to pick up Advanced Warfare.
